Lauren Heyes, running for the North, ran an excellent time of 32:53 to finish 5th in a high quality race.

Cameron Bell, on his debut over 10k, ran very well to finish 39th in 30:23.

Jed Bartlett ran a huge pb to finish 70th in 31:50 and Phil Radford also recorded a pb of 33:25 in 111st.
