The trip to Trafford 10k proved very successful with John Birch, Tom Buckley and Nicola Birch all improving their pbs over the distance.

John was 38th in 30.51, over a minute inside his previous pb.

Tom Buckley, improved his pb by over 2 minutes, finishing 91st in 32.17.

Nicola Birch, 28th in the women’s race, ran 38.07, over 30 seconds faster than her previous best over the distance.
