There were a series of very good performances by SEG athletes at the latest Podium 5k race.

Euan Brown, benefitting from all his time in the mud, set a new pb of 14:36 in the A race.

The B race saw a host of pbs with Alex Mason, always in the leading group, finishing 3rd  and improving his pb to 15:16. Ben Sharrock moved  his pb to 15:37, coming home in 15th. Tommy Power, running his first race road race, ran an impressive 15:40. Craig Fishwick was 41st in 16:30 and Joe Woodley 43rd in 16:36.
