The Podium 5k in Battersea Park produced some fast times on Friday evening, including excellent runs by SEG athletes.

Andy Heyes, using the event as part of his marathon training, finished 9th in 14:01.3.

Matt Fuller ran a huge pb of 14:44.1 (79th), beating his previous best of 15:22.

Aidan Smith had a fine run to improve his 5k to 15:06.3 (119th) from 15:49.

David Lewis made a promising return from injury with a time of 15:37.5 (174th) .
