Chris Law ran a new pb of 31.22 for 10k at the annual Ribble Valley event to take 38th.

Euan Brown, trying to repeat his feat at the Percy Pud, also ran a pb of 31.24 to finish 39th.

Lauren McNeil was 5th in the women’s race (3rd U23) in 33.43.

Eva Pannone also improved her pb to 37.10 on 19th (7th U23).
