Lauren Heyes opened her track season with an impressive run in the 3k, finishing 2nd in 9:07.12.

Shen Wigfield Turner was 7th in her heat of the 800m in 2:14.7.

Alex Rice ran 4:25.88 to finish 5th in his heat of the 1500m.
